Feb 16th Email "YSA Work"

Man, what a week it has been. It was my first week as a zone leader and in YSA work, and it was such a good week! I was so exhausted the first few days, but i am finally getting used to it. Being a zone leader consists of lots of extra paper work and meetings. We met with the Stake presidency like 3 different times this weekend. It is good though.

Being in YSA work is so much fun! It is so much easier to relate to the people we are teaching because they are our age! The members are so willing to help us out because they are recently home from their missions, or just about to leave. We went with an investigator to do a temple tour on saturday, and we had 6 of the ward members come with us to fellowship. It was awesome. Plus it was Valentines day. We saw a few people propose while we were on the temple grounds. Sacrament meeting was sooo quite too. It was crazy. Especially after being in a ward with so many small crying babies. So i am excited to work here in the YSA ward.

A lot of our proselyting is done on a College Campus. We walk around with surveys and talk to people on their way to class. Then we set up a time we can meet at a bench on campus and teach them. It is much more different than anything else i have ever done. It is a lot of fun though. It was fun seeing all the members from my first area again since i am back in the same zone.

We gave a zone training on the Road to Emmaus, which is given in Luke 24:17-33. We talked about how we all have our road to Emmaus, and so do our investigators.

I love being a missionary right now. I have never been happier as a missionary. life is good.

Love you all!
